How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within two business days, excluding Shabbat and Jewish holidays. Shipping times vary based on your location, but standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Need something sooner? Send us an email, and we’ll do our best to help!
What is your return policy?
Since we’re a small business and most of our products are printed and packaged to order, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds—but we want you to be happy with your order! If there’s been a mix-up (wrong item, damaged in transit, or taking way longer than expected), please reach out, and we’ll make it right.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong thing, send us a message—we’ll do our best to help with an exchange if possible.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the U.S but plan to add international shipping options soon. All orders are packed with care and shipped from Oakland, CA.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! If you’re interested in stocking Oy Vey Crafts in your shop, please complete this form, and we’ll take it from there.
Can you create a custom design?
At this time, we are not offering custom illustrations. However, we love hearing what you’d like to see next—feel free to reach out with ideas!
