  • Orders are processed once payment is received.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative product.

3. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

All of our orders are packed and wrapped in our home studio and shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. We are closed for Shabbat and High Holidays. If you need something sooner, send us an email at sales[at]oyvecrafts.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Processing times typically range from 2-3 business days.

  • Delivery times vary by location, and carrier delays are beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Because Oy Vey Crafts is a small business and many of our products are printed and packaged to order, we do not offer refunds or returns unless there is a specific issue with your order. This includes:

  • Your order being unreasonably delayed in transit.
